Every Priceory file tool runs in this browser. The file is not posted to Priceory. Share Safe and Shot Ready are the tools built specifically for sensitive files. We do not keep a copy of your file or use it for anything else. We do not sell your files or data.

Your files

Share Safe and Shot Ready are built specifically for sensitive files. Share Safe walks a PDF through redact, strip, and size before you send it. Shot Ready prepares a photo to share. Both run in this browser, and so does every other file tool.

The file tools below were checked in code. None of them post your file to Priceory. A quota check sends a device code and, when the browser reports it is automated, a webdriver flag. It does not send the file. There is no server copy to delete after the job. We do not keep copies or use files for anything else.

File contents are never sent for analytics. Free tools work with no account.

Saving to Google Drive

Saving to Google Drive is optional. When you use it, your browser sends the file straight to your Google Drive. It never passes through our servers.

If you connect Google Drive, we keep an encrypted Google sign-in key on our server until you disconnect, so you do not have to sign in again each time. During sign-in a cookie lasts 15 minutes.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is optional. It restores Unlock or Pro in the browsers where you sign in. If you choose, it also connects Google Drive with drive.file access. That means we can reach only the files you save there.

The Free 5/24h limit

Free 5/24h is checked on our server. No account and no Google are needed. The quota request body contains a device code (visitorId) and, when the browser reports that it is automated, a webdriver flag set to true. Those are the only fields in that body. The device code is made in this browser from browser and device settings. The raw settings are not fields in the request, and the file is not in it. The server also sees the IP address on the connection. We cap Free use per IP address, so on a shared network that cap can be reached first. Automated browsers may get a lower cap. We keep an HMAC of the IP address, an HMAC of the fingerprint code, the device id, and the timestamps of each Free use for 24 hours after each use.

Our server keeps access, error and security logs (IP address, time, page requested, status, referring page, browser type) for up to 7 days for security, then deletes them. They never contain your files.

What stays in this browser

Some tools keep your work in this browser, on this device, so you can pick it up again: True Edit, Office Desk, Cut Ready, Scan drafts, Chat Archive, Mandate Check reports, and a file you pass from one tool to the next. It is removed after 30 days (Scan drafts after 24 hours), or right away when you press Clear remembered tools and options below.

Finished invoice, quote and payment-QR files are kept only in this browser, on this device, so you can download them again. They are removed after 30 days, or right away when you press clear.

Tools also keep drafts and details here until you clear them: invoice, quote, Work Passport, Mandate Check and resume drafts, your Brand Kit with its logo, your last client, recent merchants, recent tools and a few options. None of this is sent to us.

One small cookie that counts your Free uses stays after you clear, because Free 5/24h depends on it. It expires after 400 days.

Cookies

Priceory is not a no-cookie site, and we don't claim zero third parties. Cookies and local storage remember your language and currency on this device. Some cookies run the site and keep it secure. If you buy or restore Unlock or Pro, a cookie keeps your plan active in this browser.

Page-view counts and bot check

We count page views with Cloudflare's privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics, and Cloudflare runs a bot check. Those two requests never carry your files. Cloudflare also carries all traffic to priceory.com.

Google advertising

Priceory may show Google ads. There are none today. If ads run, Google and other third parties may use cookies to serve, limit and measure them, personalized or not, depending on your region and your controls. See Google's Privacy Policy. Information you give us

If you write via the contact form or email, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply. Free tools need no account.

Where data is handled

Cloudflare and Google may handle data on their own systems, which can be outside your country.
