How to verify Instant & Private
Free Instant & Private jobs keep files on your device. You can check that yourself. Private is not the same as “no cookies.”

What Instant & Private means
Priceory is Instant & Private productivity. On Free, the file you open stays on this device. It is not uploaded to Priceory. Closing the tab discards in-memory working data. File contents from those tools are never sent for analytics.
Free includes 5 Instant & Private completions every 24 hours per device. No account is required. Unlock is $0.99 for one day of unlimited Instant & Private. Pro is $3.99 per month unlimited. Files still stay on this device unless you later choose an optional paid save such as Google Drive.
How to verify Free no-upload
You do not have to take our word for it. Use the Network panel while you run a Free tool. This is the honest check.
- Open a Free Instant & Private tool. Start with a live Free tool such as Compress PDF. Stay on the Free path. You do not need an account.
- Open developer tools, then Network. On Chrome or Edge: More tools → Developer tools → Network. On Firefox: Menu → More tools → Web Developer Tools → Network. On Safari: Develop → Show Web Inspector → Network. Keep that panel open.
- Finish one Free job. Drop a file, run the job, and download the result. Watch the Network list the whole time.
- Look for a file upload — it should be absent. You should not see a request that posts or uploads the file you opened. Absence of that upload is what Instant & Private means for Free jobs. The work stays on this device.
- Do not confuse site traffic with a file upload. Scripts, styles, analytics, and advertising requests may still appear. Those are the website chrome. They are not your file. Cookies are a different story — see below.

What you may still see
A quiet Network list does not mean the site is silent. Page assets load. Quota for Free uses a browser/device fingerprint plus same-day network safeguards — still Instant & Private files, not an operating-system machine id. That fingerprint is not a file upload.
Unlock and Pro can optionally restore payment with Google, or save a finished result to your Google Drive. Those steps are explicit and optional. They are not the Free job. Free still does not upload the file you opened.
A paid server-processing option may exist later for a few heavy jobs. That option is not open. Until it is, treat Free Instant & Private as on-device.
Private is not “no cookies”
Instant & Private describes the file path. It does not mean this website uses no cookies. The page you are reading, and the rest of priceory.com, may set or read cookies and similar identifiers even while Free tool file bytes stay on your device.
Google Analytics may measure which pages are opened — not the contents of your files. When Google advertising is used, Google and other parties may read or write cookies to serve, limit, or measure ads. Opt-out and cookie detail live on Privacy. We do not claim “no cookies” or “zero third parties.”
