The service

Priceory is an Instant & Private productivity platform (including Edit PDF, Sign PDF, Compress PDF, Merge PDF, Split PDF, HEIC to JPG, JPG to PDF, Protect PDF, PDF to Word, Zip, and related tools). For Free tools, files stay in this browser. Those files are

Free processing is Instant & Private. Free includes 5 Instant & Private completions every 24 hours per device. Unlock and Pro are optional paid Instant & Private plans. You do not need an account to use Free tools.

Use rules

You agree to:

  • Use the site and tools only for lawful purposes
  • Keep your own copies of important files before converting, compressing, or editing
  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the service
  • Not abuse billing, accounts, or any future paid option
  • Not misuse automated access to private APIs or admin surfaces
  • Not upload or process material you do not have the right to handle

No abuse

Do not use Priceory to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content; to attack other systems; to scrape the site in a way that harms availability; or to try to bypass security, rate limits, or authentication. We may block traffic that looks abusive.

Disclaimer — conversion results at your risk

Tools are provided as-is. Output quality varies with the source file. Layout, fonts, images, forms, and office conversions (including PDF to Word) are best-effort. Always review the download before you rely on it. Keep backups. Priceory is not liable for data loss from browser crashes, device failure, incomplete conversion, or user error.

Nothing on the site is professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Using a tool does not create a professional-services relationship.

Pricing

Public plans are on Pricing: Free (5 completions / 24 hours / device), Unlock ($0.99, one-day unlimited), and Pro ($3.99 / month unlimited). Checkout uses Stripe.

Privacy and advertising

Free tool files stay in this browser. The website may still use cookies, Google Analytics, and Google advertising identifiers as described in the Privacy page. We do not claim the site uses no cookies.

Intellectual property

Priceory branding and original site copy belong to Priceory. Files you process remain yours. You are responsible for having the rights to those files.

Changes

We may update tools and these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
