- High fever, floppy, very sleepy, or hard to wake
- Inconsolable for hours, especially under 3 months
- Breathing trouble
Go to A&E / urgent paediatric care when these appear — do not wait for a price comparison.
Calm steps (while arranging care if needed)
- Comfort hold; avoid aggressive “massage hacks” from strangers online
- Keep feeds as your clinician already advised — do not invent a new formula stage tonight
- Do not give adult antacids, laxatives, or herbal “wind water” without professional advice
