Build a client delivery kit Instant & Private

Priceory Delivery Kit — files, checklist, sealed receipt. Instant & Private.

A client send is more than an attachment. Priceory Delivery Kit packs the files, an optional checklist, and a hashed receipt Instant & Private so the other person can open a ZIP in an ordinary archive tool and still see what was sealed.

You drop the delivery files on this device, add notes if the pack needs a checklist, optionally attach a Work Passport, preview each SHA-256, then download the ZIP and the receipt JSON. Free completions stay on your device.

This guide is the how-to for an honest kit — including empty and oversize refuse — not a project-management suite and not legal advice.

What you’ll do

  • Finish the files you will actually send: PDFs, sheets, images, a short note. Do not pack last month’s drafts.
  • Open Delivery Kit on Priceory and drop those files on this device. Nothing is uploaded for the Free job.
  • Add checklist notes if the recipient should tick a short list. Attach a Work Passport JSON only if this send is also a sealed agent run.
  • Read the preview: names, sizes, hashes. If a file is missing, add it before you download.
  • Download the ZIP and the receipt JSON. Open both in ordinary apps. Send the pair, not a screenshot of the tool.

How to

  1. Finish the sources first

A kit is a snapshot. Edit wording in True Edit, place a mark in Sign PDF, shrink a heavy PDF in Compress, straighten a phone photo in Shot Ready, and extract a ledger in Clean Ledger before you pack. Delivery Kit does not rewrite pages. It hashes what you drop.

  2. Open Delivery Kit

Use the live Delivery Kit tool. Drop one or more delivery files on this device. Instant & Private Free processing does not upload them. You should see a pack stage, then a preview of names and hashes — not a mystery spinner that claims success with no list.

  3. Add only what the recipient should open

Every file in the kit is visible in the ZIP. Do not hide a private draft inside a friendly filename. If a page must not be in the send, leave it out. Up to forty files is the live v1 cap; a kit that is only a dump of a whole disk is the wrong job.

  4. Write a checklist when the send needs one

A short checklist is for the recipient: open the quote, confirm the date, file the invoice. It is hashed with the kit. Do not write a novel. Do not put secrets in the checklist that you would not put in the ZIP. Empty notes are fine — the tool will seal without them.

  5. Optional Work Passport

If this delivery is also the artifact set of an agent run, attach the Work Passport JSON. Delivery Kit will hash it as a passport role beside the delivery files. A passport without the files it describes is still an empty claim — pack both. If there is no agent run, skip this step. Do not attach a random JSON and call it a passport.

  6. Read the receipt like a packing list

The preview lists each file, its size, and its SHA-256. Spot-check a file you know. If the count is wrong, add or start over. The receipt JSON is the same list in a form another tool can read. The ZIP is what a person opens. Download both. Open the ZIP in an ordinary archive tool and open the JSON in an ordinary editor.

  7. Send the pair

Name the ZIP for the recipient: matter, date, “delivery”. Keep the receipt with it. If the ZIP is too heavy for the mailbox, compress the large PDFs first, then seal again. Do not compress the hashed ZIP as a way to change bytes and then wonder why the receipt no longer matches.

What a sealed receipt actually is

The receipt is technical evidence of the files that were in the kit at seal time: names, paths, sizes, SHA-256 hashes, an optional checklist hash, an optional passport, and a seal hash over that record. Anyone with the ZIP can re-hash a file and see whether it still matches. That is the job.

It is not a courier proof of delivery. It is not a signature. It is not legal advice and not a certificate that the work was wise. Work Passport remains the flagship for sealing an agent run. Delivery Kit is the flagship for packing a client send. You may attach a passport to a kit; you should not pretend the kit is the passport.

When merge is enough, and when a kit is the job

Merge PDF concatenates PDFs into one reading packet. Use merge when the recipient should scroll one file. Use Delivery Kit when the send is mixed types, when you need a checklist, or when you need hashes the other person can check. A merged PDF has pages. A kit has a receipt.

Compress PDF is still the size job. Seal a kit after the heavy PDFs are already the size you will send. Keep Provenance is the image resize that keeps sidecars — use it on photos before they enter the kit if the send must keep that evidence. Output provenance on a single artifact is a different live stamper; this guide’s CTA is the kit.

Tips

  • Name sources before you drop them. A kit that contains “final-final-v3.pdf” is a gift to confusion.
  • If you attach a Work Passport, keep the same artifacts the passport hashed. A kit of different files beside an old passport is a mismatch waiting to happen.
  • Open the ZIP once on this device before you send. Confirm the files you meant are the files inside.
  • Free is 5 Instant & Private completions every 24 hours per device. A finished kit download is a completion. Unlock is $0.99/day. Pro is $3.99/mo.

When the tool says no

  • Empty kits are refused. Add at least one delivery file. A checklist alone is not a delivery.
  • Too many files or a bundle over the live size gate is refused. That is honest. Split the send or shrink the heavy PDFs first.
  • A file the tool cannot read will not silently appear as a success row. Read the refuse state. Do not send a kit you did not preview.
  • Delivery Kit will not invent a courier scan, a signed contract, or a legal proof of receipt. It hashes files.

Next

Need the pages as one PDF instead of a ZIP? Merge first, then kit if you still want a receipt. Need to seal the agent run that produced the files? Work Passport, then optionally attach that JSON here. Need a smaller PDF inside the kit? Compress first.
