Shipping and duties when buying from overseas stores

Priceory is a global site, while the stores in this guide ship from the US, the UK or Italy. This guide quotes each store's own policy pages (checked 17–18 October 2026) and explains what Priceory does and does not calculate.

How Priceory decides which products you see

Each store tells us the countries it delivers to. Priceory hides stores that don't deliver to your delivery country; stores with no known restriction stay visible.
Your country comes from the delivery country you choose in the menu. If you haven't chosen one, we use the country your connection appears to be in.
If you are buying for delivery somewhere else, for example to a US address, choose that country and those stores' products appear.
A listed country is not a delivery guarantee. Always confirm at checkout.

Sometimes a store's website lists more countries than the list the store gives us. REDTOP is an example (below): we follow the shorter list, so REDTOP products show only when the delivery country is the United States.

What the stores' own policies say

Italist (new designer items from Italy)

Italist's shipping policy says orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days with free express worldwide shipping, and items ship directly from its partner boutiques in Italy.

Its refund policy says refunds exclude shipping costs, customs duties, processing fees and courier charges, and that customs duties are not refundable through Italist. It suggests you may be able to recover duties from your local customs bureau or through a customs broker, though this may not be possible in every country.

The shipping policy page does not say whether duties are collected at checkout or on delivery, so check this at Italist's checkout for your country.

REDTOP (US warehouse)

REDTOP's shipping policy says it ships from a US warehouse to the contiguous United States (not Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories or military addresses) and internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. International standard delivery costs $10 and takes 7–12 business days. Returns and exchanges are currently unavailable for international orders.

REDTOP: what its own policy says

Return window: Within 30 days of delivery; orders placed Nov 1–Dec 25 may be returned until Jan 31.
Condition and process: Unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging. Contact [email protected] before returning.
Fees: $10 for the first pair plus $5 per additional pair, deducted from the refund. Original shipping is not refunded. Defective items return free; one free size exchange per order.
Exceptions: Final Sale excluded. International returns and exchanges are currently unavailable under the shipping policy.
Delivery regions: Ships from a US warehouse to the contiguous US; excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, territories, military addresses and PO boxes. International: Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
Delivery times: Processing: 1–2 business days. Standard delivery: US 2–5 business days; international 7–12 business days.
Delivery fees: US standard: free on orders of $100 or more, otherwise $10. International standard: $10.

Temu (US store)

Priceory lists products from Temu's US store, so Temu products show only when the delivery country is the United States. Temu's return and refund policy says original shipping costs and import tax are not refunded unless Temu or the seller is at fault.

Temu: what its own policy says

Return window: Most items: within 90 days of purchase. Electronics: 45, 60 or 90 days depending on seller. Ship the return within 14 days of requesting it.
Condition and process: Clothing must not be worn or washed, with tags and hygiene stickers intact.
Fees: First return per order is free with US return labels; later returns from the same order cost $7.99, deducted from the refund. Original shipping and import tax are not refunded unless Temu or the seller is at fault.
Exceptions: Groceries, some health and personal care items, some gifts, custom items and some underwear are excluded, as is clothing with wear, washing or removed tags or hygiene stickers.

Hewi (UK pre-owned marketplace)

Hewi lists prices in pounds. On Hewi, independent sellers ship items themselves, while Managed by Hewi items ship from Hewi's London offices (Hewi help centre). Delivery terms can therefore differ by listing, so check the listing before you buy.

What Priceory does not calculate

Import duties and VAT/GST in comparisons. Listed prices and comparison totals do not include them. Where a store's published policy covers duties, the product panel may show that note. Confirm them at checkout.
Delivery cost in comparisons. When shipping is not confirmed for an offer, comparisons use the item price and mark shipping as not confirmed.
Your bank's exchange rate. Converted prices are marked "≈" and are approximate; the store's price at checkout is final.

Before you pay: a checklist

Is your country on the store's delivery list, and is the delivery fee shown at checkout?
Does the checkout total include duties and taxes, or will the courier collect them on delivery?
Can you return the item from your country, and who pays for the return shipping and the duties?
Which currency will your card be charged in?
