What you’ll do

• Start with a fillable PDF template — fields you can tab through in an ordinary reader — and a CSV whose headers you understand.
• Open Form Fill on Priceory and drop both files on this device.
• Read the field map. Connect each fillable field to the CSV column that belongs there. Leave a field unmapped if it should stay empty.
• Preview the first row against the template. If a name sits in the date field, fix the map before you download.
• Download one flattened PDF when there is one row, or a ZIP of flattened PDFs when there are many. Open a sample in an ordinary reader.

How to

   Use a fillable template

   Form Fill needs real form fields, not a flat scan that only looks like boxes. If you cannot tab from field to field in an ordinary PDF reader, this job will refuse as non-fillable. A digital export from the desk that issued the form is the usual source. True Edit can fix a word on a page; it does not invent fillable fields.

   Prepare a honest CSV

   One header row. One record per following row. Column names you can match to fields: last name, date, amount, a yes/no that will become a checkbox. Do not hide two people in one cell. Do not send a spreadsheet screenshot. CSV or TSV is the live input. Fifty rows is the v1 cap — split a larger sheet and run a second job.

   Open Form Fill

   Use the live Form Fill tool. Drop the PDF and the CSV on this device. Instant & Private Free processing does not upload them. You should see how many fillable fields the template has, then a map from those fields to CSV columns.

   Map fields on purpose

   The tool will guess when a header looks like a field name. Guessing is a start, not a seal. Walk each field. Text fields want text columns. Checkboxes want values the tool treats as on. Choice fields want a value that exists in the field’s options. An unmapped field stays empty — that can be correct. An unmapped header is a column you chose not to pour into the PDF.

   Preview the first row

   Read the first-row table like a clerk. If the vendor is in the date slot, the map is wrong. If a required field is blank, either the CSV is missing a column or you left it unmapped. Do not download a hundred files to discover the first one is inverted.

   Flatten, then download

   Flatten bakes the values into the page so the fields cannot be casually edited later. That is the point of a finished form send. One row downloads as a single flattened PDF. Several rows download as a ZIP of flattened PDFs. Open at least the first and last file in an ordinary reader before you send the pack.

   File the template and the sheet

   Keep the fillable template and the CSV. The flattened PDFs are the send copies. If a row was wrong, fix the sheet and run again rather than True-Editing a flattened page unless you only need one word on one already-sent file.

What flatten protects, and what it does not

Flatten makes the filled values part of the page. Recipients open an ordinary PDF, not a live form they can tab through. That is usually what you want when you are sending completed paperwork. It is not a cryptographic signature. Sign PDF is still the mark job. Sign Check is still the technical report of signature dictionaries. Tips

• Name the CSV columns after the field names when you can. Mapping is faster when the labels already agree.
• For checkboxes, keep a consistent on-value in the sheet. Mixed “yes”, “Y”, and “true” in one column is how a row stays unchecked.
• If a choice field refuses a value, the option string on the template does not match the cell. Copy the option exactly.

When the tool says no

• A PDF with no fillable fields is refused. That is not a prompt to guess letters on a scan.
• A CSV whose headers cannot map to the template, an empty drop, or an unreadable encoding is refused. Fix the sheet or the template.
• Oversize files and too many rows hit the live v1 gates. Split the job. Honest refuse is better than a partial ZIP that looks complete.
• Form Fill will not invent a field the template does not have. If the page needs a new box, that is a different form, not a stronger map.
